Ten killed in Denver movie shooting: local radio Jul 20th 2012, 08:57 DENVER, Colorado | Fri Jul 20, 2012 5:52am EDT DENVER, Colorado (Reuters) - Fourteen people were killed and around 50 were wounded when a gunman opened fire in a movie theater in suburban Denver, police said on Friday. Police chief Dan Oates told a news briefing that 10 people were killed on site and four others were later reported dead in area hospitals.
